About Sue

The last thing I want to do is sell you a house.

What?! Wait a minute. I’m a REALTOR, right?

Yes. My motivation is to help you find a home. It’s not the same. Let’s have a conversation – help me understand what’s important to you.

There’s a reason I’ve been awarded Best Real Estate Agent in Summit County. I understand the Summit County market, and the mindset of sellers and buyers. If you’re looking to sell, I have the connections & networks to put your home in front of the most likely buyers. I use cutting edge technology, one-on-one relationships and COVID-19-responsible procedures to introduce the right buyer to THEIR ideal home (yours!). If you’re looking to buy, I can help you ask the right questions (especially if you think you might want to use the home to generate income via vacation rentals).

For the past decade I’ve been deeply immersed in the STR – short-term rental – vacation business in Summit County. I understand – REALLY understand – what guests are looking for when they rent a home. If you’re thinking of renting your new home, I can help you find the home to purchase that not only speaks to you, but has what renters are looking for.

★★★★★

My husband and I moved from out of state, so to say our stress levels were high is an understatement. Sue was extremely knowledgeable and supportive the whole way. She knows her stuff which made this side of our real estate transaction seamless. We highly recommend her and can’t say enough great things about her.

★★★★★

We have sold and bought several properties in different locations. We found Sue to be the best agent we have ever worked with. Sue combines professionalism, attention to every detail, a positive attitude and a highly engaging personality. She kept us informed every step of the way in the sale of our Dillon property and the purchase of our Frisco property. The transactions for both properties were more challenging than we had previously experienced. Sue navigated the issues, kept us informed and efficiently closed the transactions. She is very knowledgeable of Summit County real estate and she cares very much for her clients both personally and professionally. She definitely goes above and beyond for her clients.

Sue provided excellent customer service. She was very responsive, knowledgeable about the market and provided us with referrals for all the items that we needed to execute the transaction. We were very fortunate to find her. If you are looking for a realtor we highly recommend Sue.

Working with Sue was an eye-opening and educational experience. There are SO many tiny, tiny details involved in finding a property, making an offer on a property and then closing. Sue really took the time to explain the process (many times, because I asked her MANY times). She was patient in her explanations, repeatedly expressing that it was her job to explain things in a manner that I could understand. Throughout the entire process, I felt that Sue understood how important this was to me; I never felt pressured to purchase something bigger or more expensive or outside of my comfort zone. In fact, she fully embodied her adage that she was there to help me “find a home” not just “buy a house.” The depth of her knowledge is immense: she understands vacation rental purchases, first-time buyers or even third/fourth homeowners. And she REALLY understands Summit County. She helped educate me on many things that were Summit County-specific, but not necessarily real estate-related. Most of her clients buy homes without ever even setting foot in them. After working with Sue, I now understand how her clients could have that level of trust. If she doesn’t know the answer to a question (which is rare), she will find out. And if specific work is needed on your property (painters, flooring, plumbers, etc.), she can generally recommend several reliable people for the job. I always felt like Sue had my best interests (and only MY best interests) at heart. I couldn’t have asked for a better advocate. I will use her again, and I highly recommend for others to do the same.
