Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties has a humbling history that begins as far back as 1976 when the first of three Coldwell Banker offices was established in the Colorado Rockies. Two more Coldwell Banker offices would be started in the following decade in nearby mountain towns and eventually these three offices would be consolidated under one company name—Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties. The vision that brought these three Coldwell Banker offices under one company umbrella is due to CBMP’s owner, Dennis Saffell, who led the effort to create one of the largest real estate companies in the mountain west.
Colorado Banker Mountain Properties now has 12 locations throughout Colorado, New Mexico, Idaho, and Wyoming. Our brokers live, work, and play in these mountain resorts communities—they are local experts who are the ultimate guides to help our clients navigate each market, and make the most out of their real estate journey.
